Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your unused items and place them back in their original linen storage sacks and shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
